As a supplier, you can use the portal to deliver requests for specific goods, services or volunteering opportunities made by community groups. The Community Identified Benefits portal gives you the opportunity to identify the local initiatives and causes most aligned with your company’s values and goals.

Register using the supplier registration form below. Our moderator will review your application and activate your account.
Once logged in, find a request that your business would like to deliver.
Select ‘Offer to deliver’ and add any specific details of your offer. For example, if you can make a partial or full contribution to the request.
If your offer is accepted by the community group, our moderator will share the appropriate contact details and set a delivery deadline for fulfilment.
Our moderator is available for support or questions during the fulfilment phase.
We’ll be in touch on the delivery deadline with both the business and community group to seek feedback and a testimonial for marketing purposes.
Yes, businesses can use the portal to deliver requests that are not part of their contractual community benefits.
Each request on the system is worth a number of Community Benefit points, which contribute towards a business’s contractual community benefit requirements.
Once a business selects a request to deliver and outlines what they can provide, details are sent to the community group for their review and acceptance. Upon acceptance, an introductory email will connect you with the Community Group to take forward fulfilment.
